Shipping & Returns

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1- 2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email.​

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Royal mail is our chosen postage service​.

Please note that delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.​

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrived damaged, please contact the delivery service to file a claim.

  • Please save and photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.​

Returns:

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:​

  • Sale items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at thirtyonevineyards@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.
