Lost or Damaged Shipments:

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrived damaged, please contact the delivery service to file a claim.

Please save and photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.​

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
